Shop and Win Big. Visit our outlet and shop for RM400* and above and you can join our contest. Just simply fill in basic information at our shop. For every RM400*, you will get 1 entry to the contest. You will receive an SMS with your entry ticket number 2-3 days after purchase. *terms & conditions apply.

Your IC (for Malaysia citizen and permanent resident) or Passport (for Non-Malaysian) number is required to be recorded in the system. This is necessary for us, especially to verify your identity when you are redeeming prizes as a winner.

We are committed in protecting and respecting your privacy, pursuant to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We do not disclose any of your personal data to third party without your consent except to our service providers or internal departments for necessary business procedures or to whom we are required to under the law.
For contest winners, only winning ticket numbers will be published to public and NOT your personal data.

For contest winners, only winning ticket numbers will be published to public and NOT your name or any of your personal data.

We will SMS notify all winners. In this SMS, you will see your winning ticket number, prize, redemption shop name and redemption period. We also publish the winning ticket numbers on website and social media.

We will SMS all winners with the redemption shop name. You will usually redeem the prize at the shop you purchase from.

Upon receiving the SMS, you have 24 hours time to change to another Poh Kong shop that is convenient for you to redeem your prize. Just simply reply the SMS, type <PK>shop name. Within 1 day after your reply SMS, You will receive one reminder SMS of your selected redemption shop. If you do not receive this SMS, please call 03-79403333.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shop. This is because we have very limited time to prepare and we aim to deliver your prize as soon as possible to the outlet. If you are unable to go to this outlet, you may authorize third party to collect your prize. Just simply fill up this form www.pohkong.com.my/contact-us/thirdpartyredemption. An SMS will be sent to the person you authorize to. The authorization form has to be printed and shown to the sales personnel during redemption

Just go to the shop written in SMS during the redemption period. Show the sales personnel the SMS. You will be required to show your ID (IC/passport) for sales personnel to verify your identity.

If you remember the redemption shop mentioned in the SMS, you can just go to the shop during redemption period and show your ID (IC/passport), without showing the SMS.

The prize is strictly non-returnable, so we are unable to allow change or sell back of this prize.
